In 2007, the Emergency Command Center (ECC) processed 9264 incidents. The ECC is staffed with one Battalion Chief, four Captains, and three Communications Operators funded by St. Elizabeth’s Ambulance, Red Bluff City Fire Department, and CAL FIRE/Tehama County Fire.
